為進一步服務本校境外學生，國際暨兩岸事務處於102學年度，以工作團隊的模式，成立「境外學生顧問室(The Office of Overseas Student Advisers)」。

由國際長擔任總顧問，並聘請校內教師擔任「境外學生顧問」，提供境外學生與課業學習有關的諮詢服務。除了境外學生顧問之外，國際處的行政人員亦提供境外學生全方位的服務，包括境外學生顧問之培訓、留台行政文件支援、境外學生辦理健保事宜等相關業務。

國際暨兩岸事務處之下設置「國際交流組」、「國際與大陸學生事務組」、「國際專修部」及「華語文教學中心」，同時也組織「境外學生顧問室」工作團隊，聘請各院專任教師擔任境外學生顧問，藉此擴大服務所有境外學生，積極提升管理綜效，全力推動本校之國際化發展。

In order to provide further assistance for our overseas students, the Office of International and Cross-Strait Affairs established “The Office of Overseas Student Advisers” in 2023, adopting a team-based approach.

The Dean for International Affairs serves as the chief adviser, and internal faculty members are hired as “Overseas Student Advisors” to provide consulting services related to students’ academic learning. In addition to the Overseas Student Advisors, administrative staff from the International Office also provide comprehensive services to overseas students, including training for Overseas Student Advisors, administrative document support for staying in Taiwan, and handling health insurance matters for our overseas students, among other related tasks.
